So my friend is going to start calling me to go running at 5:30am in Memorial Park. I'm scared to start this. I'm not going to just start running mind you, I'll start by walking and build up.

1. It's a 3 mile trail

2. I haven't full on exercised in over 2 years

3. 5:30am??? God I pray I can wake up that early!!!

Wish me luck folks, I'll need it!

Update Monday morning:

I woke up at 8am so obviously we didn't go today. I don't know when she is planning on starting up but I guess I'll need to start going to be earlier to do it.
