Exercise journal

I put tons of stickers in this exercise journal and now i like it a bit better. I also took starting pictures. So here we are. Being totally honest, I weigh 215.6 now. My goal is 175. My first goal is 199. I’ve hit it before and I will get it this time and keep going. The last time I hit 199, I quit and gained it back so I have to keep going this time!

All my weight is in my middle. My arms and legs are normal sized, it’s just my middle.

I decided to walk to see Forgetful. It took me 25 minutes to walk over to her and 22 to walk back. I already hit 10,000 steps today and it’s 3:30pm!
