Holy crap I forgot to journal everything last week! I just went back and did the entire week. It’s no wonder I didn’t lose anything. I need to get better at this. I know it’s a lifestyle change and not short term and I will have bad days but last week was OMG stupid.
At least I’m drinking my water! So this week I’m back to eating better and tracking better. I need to take this with me everywhere I guess. I should have gotten the big journal too. I hate writing small! Next year – big journal. For now – track daily on paper as well as online.
My plan today is strength training at 6pm. My son just came in here and it sounds like he’s feeling a bit better. Only a 99.4 temp right now! He still can’t go to school tomorrow because the rule is 24 hours without a fever before he can go to school but hopefully we are on the getting better side of things.
I started thinking about this About Me part of my blog. I'm going to expand it just a little from the 3 words I had before.
I am a single mom. I love my son. We have been alone since he was 6 months old. He really is my sun, moon, and stars. I am very proud of him.
I am an entrepreneur. I started my driving business 2 years ago. I don't want to work for a "boss" ever again. I always tell people they can do it too. In what I do, there is no competition because there are plenty of people that need rides (and maybe that would help get some of these bad drivers off the roads!). I work hard and have fun on my own time doing what I like to do.
I really am a Netflix addict. When I am not working or doing something with my son, I am watching Netflix. There are so many shows that I've never re-watched anything either. I will watch anything and make my own opinion.
I am opinionated. This blog is really just my opinions and my life. People don't have to agree with me all the time. I welcome discussions and other people's opinion whether they agree or not. I'm not petty, I'm not going to block anyone for not sharing my opinion, why do people freak out these days when someone doesn't share their opinion? Who cares?!? There is a reason we all are different.
There's a lot more about me but you'll have to read the blog to find out!

I can’t read it :D! Nice to hear your son is a bit better!
Don’t trip I forget sometimes too but we just have to re-up every now and again. You can always get the big one later like you said but for now, you’re on the right track now stop beating yourself up all the time chic!lol
I like that school rule. I guess they don’t have The Perfect Attendance Award anymore.. That encouraged children to go to school when sick. Glad your son is getting better.
I do both – I have an app for tracking and I am writing it down. I’m just trying to keep myself in check and it’s much easier to look at the paper than to go back on the app.😀
Thank you!

Love that planner! Especially that you can check off how much water you’ve drank!

They do and that could be why my kid got sick! I don’t care about that, I care more about his health. 😀

I eat healthier when I journal too. Well, the truth is, I don’t like to write it down when I know it’s bad news! 😩

I use the calendar on my phone to log how many miles I run its simply and I never forget to do it because my phone is always in the treadmill holder.
