I guess I am having this keto flu thing or something. I am so tired! I have to be up to get my son to school but all I want to do is go back to sleep. I’m also gaining weight. I have gained 2.4 pounds in 3 days. I was under 200 dammit! Why? And for my health, I have to keep going on this. Let me share my macros for anyone that may be able to catch why I am gaining.
Today is day 3. I’m not hungry, I’m drinking tons of water, I’m stressed now. And how do I know if I’m in ketosis? I’m not ordering test strips (I’ve heard their accuracy is not always correct) and I’m not spending money on other stuff either when I have plenty here.
So you can see above, less than 20 carbs, fat higher than protein. I’m just getting frustrated. I read on a forum that I’m not the only one and I need to give it more time. Since I’m under doctors orders, I don’t have a choice but to do that although I really want a soda. Really. And I won’t have one.
