Yesterday started out lazy and ended lazy. I woke up, took my son to his psychologist, came home and cooked a lot of meat for the next couple of hours, chicken thighs made with a bunch of spices plus beef and chicken fajita meat. Then watched New Girl on Netflix. While I was watching the last episode, I decided I better get my watch goals for the day. I did 27 minutes of arm exercises with the 5 pound dumbbells. This was at 9pm.
I started watching the new Lost in Space on Netflix and I really like it so far (I’ve watched 3 episodes already). I was up until around midnight and woke up at 5am. I am staying awake so I will be ready to go to bed early tonight as well. I want to finish this season of the show. It’s that good! I thought it was a movie when I clicked on it. Then about 2/3rds of the way through I realized it is a show. I was very excited! I loved the original and I’m not usually a fan of remakes. This seems like a totally different story line and was made well. I’m enjoying it!
My calories were good although I didn’t take too many steps. 4,000 maybe? Oh well. At least I got that exercise and hit all the watch goals, right?
Nothing to do today other than bake all the bread my son asked for. He wants biscuits and muffins. He also wants to go to the grocery store for god only knows what. I have made a list and he and I will go later.
I am enjoying the quiet house this early Sunday morning and the fact that I could let Amber go out with no leash because she was up as early as I was and there is nobody up this early on a Sunday.
