Good morning everybody! Are you excited it’s Saturday? I am! With a crazy week like I had, it’s nice to not have to be out of bed and going to pick anybody up. I was going to do Lyft this morning but I think I am just going to be a bit lazy and watch some Netflix until I have to get up.
I was telling you about my day yesterday and was so busy that I just hit publish and didn’t tell you much! Thursday’s workout was the elliptical for 30 minutes. Yesterday’s workout was the treadmill for 45 minutes. I took a sweaty selfie because I haven’t done that in a while. All of these are also posted on my Instagram. I am doing this operation no scale for the entire month of June and it’s HARD! I know it’s only the 9th and I have 21 days to go, I just really want to know if I’m doing well!!! This girl I know saw me for the first time in a few weeks the other day and told me that I need to stop losing weight because I am getting too thin. HUH? I’m still technically overweight! The most I am supposed to weigh to be considered healthy is 166. As of May 31st, I am 182. I still have 20 pounds to lose. I know she was trying to be nice. It just sounds like she’s jealous (she’s VERY thin too) or doesn’t want me to succeed. I will be where I want to be no matter who says what! What do you guys think? I am 67 inches tall.
This morning, I am taking my poor little doggie to get her shots. It’s only once a year so it has to be done. They open at 10am and it’s first come, first serve. I need to be in line by 9:30a at the latest. It’s already 7:30 so I have one more hour before I have to get up. Let me go watch another episode of Flash! It’s really good!
