I was able to wake up at 4:30 and was at the gym at 5:45. I would have been there at 5:30 but Amber wanted a walk first.
I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and a 40 second plank for the March Madness Plank Challenge after no exercise for 3 days.
When I got home, I sat in my car with the heat on (it was 31 degrees this morning). My son text me asking where I was and said he thought something had happened. 😂We went to the bank to get some cash for my son because he asked for some of his money to get Girl Scout cookies from a friend at school. Then we went to Starbucks and sat inside while he had breakfast. I didn’t eat or drink although I did take in the wonderful coffee smells.
Once I got my son to school (he does not have pants that he can wear to school so god help me, he was in shorts – the button flew off his pants because they were so tight), I came home and ate breakfast (4 hours after I got up). I had an egg with cheese and bacon. It’s been 2 hours and I’m still full!
Last night I made burgers in the air fryer and they turned out SO good! I baked some cloud bread and they weren’t as thick as I thought they should be and very flaky but VERY tasty! Total of 1 carb for dinner. I literally ate 16 carbs yesterday. I am so excited again! When I’m cooking, I can do this plan so easily.
Today I am making finger foods for dinner. Fried Mozzarella sticks and fish sticks (all keto). Eat them both with Pace Picante sauce and have a very low carb dinner.
I will be watching Queer Eye today and studying Anatomy. I decided to take my exam on Saturday morning before we leave. It was either that or Friday evening in downtown Houston which I do not want to do.
