Saturday is sometimes the best!

Oh wow. I’m so excited! I know I will not have this next week because I was sick this week and not really eating but OMG

Yay!!! I now weigh 205.2! I am 5.3 pounds away from the one hundreds! I can do that in a month! I am so happy this morning!!!

Why I’m up at 5:30am I have no idea. I was up until 12:30am watching Netflix. I didn’t go anywhere near my calorie limit either. Why can’t I be this un-hungry all the time?

I got to go back to the gym yesterday. That made me very happy too! I did the elliptical for 30 minutes and even at a level 6, it didn’t bother me. I guess I’m going to have to up my workouts from now on which is kind of exciting because it means I am getting in so much of a better shape!

I will be going today too. I did go to the dentist and chiropractor yesterday as well. My dentist is awesome as usual. The chiropractor took a bit of time with my back and got a huge knot out that hurt like hell to get rid of. I was wincing in pain when he went over the spot but it’s gone now! So it was a busy day.

I will take my son to his therapy and go to the gym today but that’s about it. No other plans. It’s nice knowing that I don’t have to get up at 6am for a whole week. Yay for Spring Break!

What a day

So I am definitely sick. I pretty much stayed in bed today. I walked the dog a few times, I watched the latest season of Bates Motel, and checked Instagram way too often. I remember walking the dog around 4pm and checking the mail. I then turned on a video from fatgirlfedup and then somehow woke up at 10:30pm! Oops! So I finished the last season of Bates Motel (totally freaky by the way) and now at 1am I am watching Everything Sucks which is a teen show on Netflix but it’s alright.

My son and I both have dentist appointments at 11am. I hope I can go back to sleep soon. My son is getting braces. I’m having my teeth relined. I’m excited for both of us. Before the dentist, we are going to the chiropractor. I guess I need to wear a face mask. I had a fever earlier of 99.4 (very low fever). Mr. 95 year old wants me to drive him at 6pm too. Not really looking forward to that because I like him and don’t want to get him sick. We will see how I feel. If I’m still sick, I may have to cancel. I cancelled today. Everything I was supposed to do. I need to get better first and not be around elderly people until I’m better.

Whew!

Oh man. Yesterday was crazy! I did go exercise like I told you about yesterday. Then I finally went to work. I only worked 3 1/2 hours and didn’t have to eat dinner with them (didn’t I tell you they would want to go somewhere?). They decided on PF Chang’s and I’m not a fan so I got a coke and just watched them eat their Chinese food with utensils instead of chopsticks. I was going to eat some soup but the guy said they use shellfish in their base so I couldn’t. That’s okay. I wasn’t really hungry at 4:45pm anyway when lunch was just at 1:30.

Today is busy and I believe that is a good thing. This morning I have to take Styled to get her hair done and her step daughter wants me to take her to the grocery store to get healthier foods. She has not been eating well and her brain is suffering. She has been confused a lot. I don’t know what she did to her phone but it’s all messed up too. She and my mom used to be friends but not anymore. My mom has tried and tried but Styled pretty much dropped her when my dad passed. How crazy is that?

Then I will be driving back down to see my chiropractor whenever Styled is done (hopefully not too late this morning). My back is tight and just has a little twinge still there so I’m glad I’m going back.

Then I have to get back to take the husband of the couple to the grocery store. He didn’t want to go at night last night and honestly I didn’t either. I prefer to be at home safe when night comes so I have to take him today. And he should pay me today which I always like!

And then of course after that, I am going to the gym. I don’t have to do so much like the past 2 days, it’s just when I’m done with the first exercise and still feel good, I want to keep going! So I do. And more. Whatever I feel up to.

Food yesterday was great!

I guess it’s because I didn’t eat dinner out so I could stay within my calories easier but I’m happy. Today isn’t the official weigh day but I bet I’m back on track. A pound a week is hard but definitely doable!

I got a new shirt from this girl I follow on Instagram. She has lost 312 pounds just with diet and exercise in 2 years! @fatgirlfedup if anyone wants to follow her. She’s a really sweet girl and she and her husband Danny @discoveringdanny are now national sensations for doing what we are doing! TV, magazines, internet, offers to have free skin removal surgery, etc. I hope I can make it that big (although I’m not young and cute so I doubt it).

None of my shirts look that sweaty when I leave the gym although I do sweat like crazy. Maybe hers will. 😂

Guess I better go wake up the kiddo and start this Friday off right!

So much better!!!

So I HIGHLY recommend this guy! And now his sons are in the practice and they are good too!

I went in and was taken back in 5 minutes. He asked me where it hurt and told me I probably strained it using too high of a weight on the machines. They put electrodes on my back with current for 10 minutes with heating pads over the electrodes. Then a woman came in and used this massager with gel and heat on my back for another 10 minutes. Then the son came in and rubbed me down using his knuckles for 5 minutes and then did an adjustment to my back. It cracked HARD and he said I am very tight throughout my back. Then they had me lie on a massage table for 15 minutes which was very relaxing. I have to go back on Friday. My total was $50 and I was told on Friday it will be $35.

I went to lunch with B since that’s his part of town and we went to Rudy’s bbq. I ate some chopped beef which was awesome and got a coke. I can’t believe I’ve never been there before! Then I drove home.

When I got home, I went to the gym. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and felt wonderful so then I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and STILL felt great so did 30 minutes on the stationary bike. Then I walked home. I’m tired and can’t wait to have leftover bbq for dinner. My son stole the Cheetos I bought. Lol, keeps me from eating them!

I’m pretty happy to make up for my calorie overage from yesterday. Tomorrow I am hoping to make up for my calorie overage from Monday. Then maybe I can keep from gaining anything. Who knows. I’m not trying to hurt myself again though so I am staying off the weights these couple of days. He suggested I talk to the trainer too and have him reassess what weight I should be using instead of doing what I think I can handle.

I also wanted to show you the bone from last night. It was under my bed so I pulled it out and snapped a picture before I pitched it.
